The interview started with a recruiter based in Germany. In the screening phone call, the recruiter asked several basic questions. And then move forward to the second round with the hiring manager. The final round was asked to prepare a marketing proposal for a given topic, and the hiring manager and another team member asked several questions accordingly. They also asked some behaviour questions. Overall, all interviewers were very nice and engaging.
