I have been in the industry for 10+ years, and this was, by far, the worst hiring experience I have ever been through. I was head hunted by Electrolux. One of the people in the recruitment process was so very rude and unprofessional her behavior made me not want to join the company. If they are allowing for this type of behaviour in their recruitment process, where the company is supposed to put their best foot forward, I cannot imagine what it's like once you are "inside". Ps. You will make more money at just about any tech company in Sweden. Electrolux is underpaying their talent by a lot.
