The interview process at Electrolux consists in 3 stages. Once you apply, the first interview is with the HR. That was the most nice interview I have ever had in Sweden because the HR analyst was really nice and the conducted the interview very well. 15 days later I had the interview with job owner but the job was freezed due to a salary freeze inside the company. The 3rd interview would be with the head of the Service Delivery, but I did not make it to that stage.
