Went through two rounds of interviews: one with HR and another with the Hiring Manager. The process was smooth and efficient. Although I didn't receive an offer, the overall experience was positive.

There really was no “process”. I got on the first interview and the interviewer was 8 minutes late. She didn’t greet me or anything, just started firing off questions without actually listening to anything I said. Then abruptly ended the call saying I’m going to the next step in the “process” which was a survey I had to complete. Didn’t get the survey but did get an email saying I’m no longer being considered for the position. I reached out to Benoit who is a talent specialist to let him know about my experience. I was only informing him, had no desire to work there at this point. But Benoit did not reply back. Really disappointing and confirms it’s probably not a strong culture.
