I emailed my resume to the company in the morning and got a call by that afternoon. They scheduled an interview for 5 p.m. the next day. The interview was speed-dating style. I talked with about 10 employees for 4 minutes each. They wanted to get a snapshot of each interviewees personality and ability to communicate with strangers and tell stories. The second interview was riding on a tour. The goal was to see if you could ride the machine, which was easy enough.
