I received an interview request really quick and the first interview I had was a video interview. Next were more video interviews but these took days and days to schedule. I was having interviews at other companies that were proceeding more quickly. I think Elastic's process is disjointed because I never met anyone in person. I understand they are a remote company but for example, my last video interview started late and finished abruptly. I think I would have been treated better if I had been able to go in for face to face meetings. Before I finished all of the interviews with Elastic, I received an offer from another company and accepted. My experience was decent but I wouldn't recommend Elastic.
