4 interviews later which included 2 in the office no offer given. Before the third interview they changed the role to a junior role and claimed “role not big enough for me” Then over the the weeks to follow I saw different versions of the role being advertised!!! Stay clear of the company they don’t know what they want and expect long hours, low salary and no hybrid offered.
