After they approved my application in January I had my interview mid March and heard back 3 weeks later. Interview was very easy. It was a panel of 3 engineers. They asked questions regarding experience, how you deal with conflict, and why you want to work for the county. I’m honestly really shocked I wasn’t given offer as they seemed really impressed and kept saying good answer after every response I gave. Nonetheless it was a pretty easy process but a long one.
