After applying and posting closing date, schedule interview about 1 week later at Placerville location. Whole process took about 2 weeks. Went to interview, was asked a total of 8 questions with IT department head woman and El Dorado County HHS head. The questions were mediocre and seem like they are tailored for an existing employee. The community seems closed in and if you're not a local, you won't be allowed in. I could not get these people to say anything other than the 8 questions even after they asked everything and had the opportunity to. People will travel and get ready for interview and they don't seem too appreciative or receptive to what people put into it, they only care about themselves.
