They made me feel very welcomed to apply for a position that I had not had experience in the past. They took the time to meet with me and explain their needs for an employee in there store

Thorough, kind interviewer, they want you to be able to start and keep a clientele. They also want someone with great product knowledge, whether it be the styles or the fabrics.
