The interviews at Effectus Group are not the standard interview process. There are multiple rounds, with each round presenting different challenges (ex: one of the rounds may involve a case study, while another may involve excel testing). The Company is trying to differentiate itself from the normal run of the mill interview screening process of questions and answers, so as to let the candidates showcase more than just verbal skills they can bring to the table.

3 rounds of interview. Recruiter agent interview over the call. Next two interview were with the Director. One was technical other was non technical. All of them were very approachable and the process was very comfortable. I felt the connection with them during the interview itself.
