From the beginning, the four-step interview process was clearly outlined and well-organized. Each step was designed to assess different skills and qualifications, providing a comprehensive understanding of my fit with the company. Communication throughout the entire process was exceptional, with the Effectory team promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had. What really stood out to me, though, was the emphasis on mutual feedback during each stage. Entretien
Interviewed four times over a month or so. I believe the process took slightly longer than usual as I was living in Texas, and all interviews were done by phone or Skype.
Firstly, there was an informal chat with an HR representative a week or so after I applied for the position.
This was followed by two interviews with other developers where I discussed what I had worked on previously.
Lastly I was given an assignment to create a small piece of software which was then evaluated in a final interview. I received my offer a few days later.
Communication from Effectory was very good throughout the process, especially considering the time difference and other difficulties arising from such a long distance.
