Pretty simple and quick interview process. Hiring manager emailed me, asking to come in for an in-person interview. I spoke with him and the marketing director - both were kind and said great things about the company. I was asked about my background, skills, and questions to evaluate culture fit. Unfortunately, the base salary and potential comp were much lower than what I was looking for and there were no benefits.
