Behavioral Screening Interview. The interview was over the phone with a recruiter. The recruiter was very nice, and in fact told me directly that she didn't think the role is a good fit for what I'm looking for, and gave me a lot of advice on interview questions. It was a great experience and I got a lot out of it.
