The interview process was extremely drawn out and I felt that my time was wasted as looking to give the role to a more junior candidate . Which I found out afterwards was the case .I was told to apply for positions afterwards but I have decided against.

Tell me a time when you had to make a difficult decision in work
First round was a phone call screening with HR, then a call with the hiring manager for the second round, the final round was in person with the members of the team.

Initial call with HR. After a week, on site interview with quality hiring manager. If selected, 2nd round of interview with different department managers and quality manager head. Nice office.

Phone interview lasting 30 minutes where I described myself and what I was interested in. It gave me an opportunity to share what I know about the company and to learn more about the position. Further interviews will hopefully be taking place.
