Interview started late. Didn't help that I had a persistent cough and needed some of her water. Pretty straightforward questions in terms of background, interest in the company, tell me about a time when, etc. I thought the interview went well except for not being able to talk at points due to my cough but alas didn't get the onsite interview.

All the recruiters and interviewers were extremely personable and welcoming. Started with campus information sessions, applied for an interview through the campus career resource website, and then invited for interview on campus. Following on campus interviews, candidates were chosen to move to the following round where they travel to Irvine, CA for additional interviews and activities. Interview itself was very structured and revolved around a list of ~10 questions rather than a conversation style interview.
