Applied online. Contacted and phone interviewe with the recruiter about 1 month after. Then on campus interview with 4 people. One didn't show up. The rest were not prepared, didn't even look at my resume prior to their interview. Very unprofessional. Emailed the recruiter to follow up on hiring decision, but no response.
