The initial interview is a recorded interview, where you will be asked a series of pre-recorded questions that you can respond to at your convenience. This format allows you to present your answers in a calm and thoughtful manner. Afterward, the second interview will be conducted via Zoom with two members from the BRE Team. This is a more interactive session where you will have the opportunity to discuss your qualifications in more detail, as well as learn more about the company and the position. Finally, there will be a third and final interview, also conducted over Zoom, which will typically be a casual conversation focused on clarifying any remaining questions and assessing your fit for the team. Overall, the process is designed to be straightforward and stress-free.
