This was an employee referral. I interviewed with an HR recruiter over the phone who was very nice and thorough. She said I'd hear within 2 weeks of the call if I was moving forward in the process. I heard within that time frame that I was. I met with a two manager panel on the day of the in person interview. It was difficult, even though I had worked with them before and knew their background, etc.
