The process is long and like some previous posts indicate it is confusing. Since it is a partnership it is essentially an employee owned company, so you will have multiple interviews that cumulates with one of the partners. Basically if they feel you are a cultural fit they will hire you. They have the advisors volunteer as part of the process so it just seems like you just meet a bunch of advisors. They actually have roles in the process. It’s easy and if you like a more casual experience then you should be fine.

Interview process first consists of numerous dinner events, all very laid back where you get to learn more about the company and the advisors in the region, and they get to learn more about you. If you keep getting invited back to dinners, consider it progress in the interview process. Honestly, the best, most effective interview process.
