2 initial phone interviews. The first interview was more for information. The second was a little more challenging and asked for more specific details. Then there was a face to face interview at a branch office about 3 hours from where I lived. I had to pay all expenses there were no lunches or anything like that. I pretty much drived up and interviewed went home. It was a good experience but very plain.
