30 minute phone screening. After following up on several occasions, the representative continued to say they would get back to me in a few days, but a month went by and I was never contacted.
Incredibly slow and drawn out process. Based on this, I did not feel EJ was a place I wanted to be at or develop a career at. 7 weeks since application before being invited to interview. And get this - The Modern Hire video interview invite came the same day the career website supposedly rejected my application for the role I applied for! How does that happen? As a result, my enthusiasm for the applied role had waned and confidence in their HR operations was low. If this is how badly they recruit, imagine the rest of the company...

Edward Jones makes you record a one-sided interview through Modern Hire, and just ask you to repeat all the information on your resume into a camera. It's a waste of time.
