NO SHOW! Applied online. After 3-4 days I received an email asking to setup an initial phone screen/interview. I confirmed a date and time to speak with a specific recruiter for the position later that week. I used the link Edward Jones sent me via email to confirm the date/time for the interview. I set aside 2 hours that day to prep myself and no one called. No follow up, no email, no phone call explaining what happened. Just total unprofessional behavior. I was also proactively contacted through a job/social site about another position and agreed to take a phone call. During the phone call I expressed interest in the position and asked for more information, if possible, to be sent to my email address. The man I spoke with confirmed that he would send me some general EJ info and a link to the job/job description. And guess what...he didn't follow through either. So I would sum up my experience with EJ so far as completely unprofessional, bordering on a total joke.
