Entretien
I applied online and got an email request for a phone interview within 2 weeks. The process was very straightforward and simple. The phone interview consisted mostly on behavioral questions and personality based. Best way to prepare is to know how to explain your resume and think of some real life examples and situations you have been in that can be used for the behavioral questions. The only negative part of the process was that it took a very long time to hear back, my phone interview was the first week of October and I did not receive my offer until April.

There were two different stages. One that was similar to HireVue where you recorded your own answers, but you could rerecord and take your time, which was nice. The second was with a person from Human Capital and was all behavioral.

The interview process was friendly but formal and serious. The team members are very helpful in learning about the company but ask question to learn about you. They truly seem to care if you are a good fit.

The first step is a systematic interview, recording interview questions for 2 minutes or less in front of the camera, there are a lot of small questions, all about behavior question. The overall difficulty is not high.
