I applied for an internal role at Edvo. The interview process began the same way they ask candidates to apply for external roles which is through Facebook Messenger. The next step was a video call with Shireen (the CEO), then I was provided with a short behavioral assignment, and finally I went in person to interview at the Edvo office in Playa Vista. Overall, the experience was extremely refreshing and it all happened within a week. Shireen was completely transparent and provided feedback at every round which allowed me to work on how to better present myself at each stage. I received an offer the very next week and couldn't be happier working for such an amazing company filled with supportive people!
