Phone interview with recruiter. Basic questions,they did push to know what I would learn from the psositon and what about it would be a challenge for me. Given my experience had me over not under qualified I found the question to be odd. I never heard back and feel that if someone takes the time to interview the least you can do is follow up with them. Not a company I would want to work for if that is how they treat people.
