Entretien
There was an extensive process of a self-recorded interview, phone interview, project, and in-person interview. The will interview as many teachers as possible because their goal is to market the company. They train teachers to have a voice in the policies that affect their students, therefore, the interview process is a great marketing tool for them; those who are not hired are invited to volunteer for the organization.

The Interview process was four stages, an initial resume submission, a phone interview, an in-person interview, and a final interview with the executive director. The questions were fairly standard, including a tell me about yourself, why e4e, as well as did a couple role-plays.

Entretien
Had a 30 min phone screen (informational and relational) first. A few days later participated in a 30 min interview (with some role plays). Within a week had a 1 hr in person interview with several staff members.
