It's a bit hard to get a hold of anyone at first. I contacted the office several times trying to return their phone call. The secretary who is a family friend and has beent there a long time can be sweet but rude and doesn't know her boundaries. She informed me she was getting annoyed at my calling. Lots of gossiping going on. 25 percent of employees have left their positions this year alone due to management and unethical practices.
