I participated in phone interviews for a Design Principal role on two different occasions, Nov. 2019 and Aug. 2020. The questions were relevant to the role and what they were looking for in the ideal candidate for the role. However, after my Nov. 2019 interview, I never received any updates as to my candidate status. However, after my 2020 interview, I quickly received an e-mail letting me know I had not been selected to move forward.
