Entretien
There was a group exercise followed by a round of individual questions - anything from "why this position/organisation/why you" to a hypothetical situation requiring prioritisation and teamwork. Single questions were standard job interview questions.

Group exercises vary, but they require good communication and coordination between team members (so not being too loud/bossy, but contributing when needed)

Entretien
I was given a link to follow to answer questions virtually. The process was fairly easy and I was given two takes to answer each question. I also had the opportunity to read the questions prior to recording.
