3 stage interview process: 1. system design task "how would you develop a desktop application based on the requirements" + word document with specification 2. teams call to discuss the previous task, decisions made, alternative options + few technical questions 3. in-person interview

During the interview, I discussed my previous experience, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills. The atmosphere was professional, and the interviewer provided insights into the company culture. Overall, it was a positive experience that allowed me to showcase my qualifications.
