I applied via Recruitment Consultant and was interviewed in Apr, 2020. They firstly take online aptitude test.
They doesn't know how to take inteview. Immature interviwer. Interviewer also doesn't much experience related with technology. They only acts that they are smarter and other side person is blunt. It seems that they are struck in any task.

Entretien
It was 5 day interview, with briefing as follows:
Day 1: Aptitude test from the consultancy.
Day2: Hr round.
Day 3: First technical interview regarding flutter and my project.
Day 4: Second technical interview and personal interview with the team lead.
Day5: Final round was with the founder.
