There was one interview, no phone or online screening, and no follow-up interview. (Honestly, I would've appreciated a phone or online screening for this role, as I would not have bothered to interview for it.) There's no coding assessment. They have zero software methodology; the CEO "just decides" -- always a red flag. They didn't even send me a response to my thank-you email to acknowledge they received it.
Furthermore, they want one software developer to be: software engineer, UX/graphics designer, and QA for 2-10 apps. All their apps are native apps. They have one app (really two, one for iOS and one for Android) and are planning 2-3 more. So, 2-10 apps for one software engineer whom they want working three roles already.
Lastly, their benefits package is absolutely AWFUL! There're only two healthcare plans, both with a $2000 deductible, and if you're having a routine test which actually finds something -- that test is now considered diagnostic and you have to pay for it out of pocket. AB...SO...LUTE...LY AWFUL!!!
