Phone interview, very open and straightforward about the role.
Then a teams group interview, including an ice breaker, group exercise, individual assessments and an individual interview.
Heard back within one week.

How did you deal with a situation where other members of your team did not agree with your stance and how did you bring them round to your view?

First Phase: Phone chat with the Recruitment people to find out why you applied, notice period, salary exceptions etc
Second Phase: Face to Face interview with a senior tester at Edge. Interview contained a written part on various testing techniques & terms (Describe Waterfall method etc). Write SQL Statements and given an scenario to test.
Competency questions followed which were pretty standard.
Whole interview lasted around 90mins
Third phase: Meeting with a senior management person at a public place (coffee shop etc).
This was just a chat more about the company exceptions from you, expectations from them. Benefits from the company etc lasted around 45mins

Had a screening phone interview with one of the directors. He explained the position and company extensively and than asked about my experience, which I also described extensively. I asked about following stages and was guaranteed to hear in case of negative or positive outcome, and never heard from them.

Hey asked about processes in dealing with different tasks at the same time and how I would deal working in a small team, since this was a new position in an expanding marketing team.

We endeavour to respond to all candidates who take time to interview with us, but obviously didn’t manage to come back to you in a timely manner and for this we apologise.
