I had a phone interview first, Kim was easy to talk to and represented Eden Housing really well. Then I was invited to their office to interview with Kim and 2 Managers. They asked a lot of questions, very thorough. I like the fact that they are selective about who they hire. I got a job offer the same day and accepted.
