The first step was a phone interview, which was very simple and straight forward. The second part consisted of an in-person interview at their office. The interview consisted of three rounds with three different groups of people. The trick here is to ask a lot of questions and stay engaged in conversations with them. Though I didn't get the job, I was fortunate to learn a lot from the experience.
