Initial phone interview followed by a zoom manager interview followed by zoom team interviews. Went smoothly with standard interview questions. Waited 2 weeks for a response and heard nothing back. Requested an update myself and got a "sorry for the delay we are still reviewing candidates gives us 2 more weeks to decide" response. Clearly some communication issues but a week later got a declined message.
