The interview process was fairly straightforward, applied online, was contacted by a recruiter for a phone screen. The recruiter was very upfront about both pros and cons of the role(call center, what licenses they don’t hold, salary, growth opportunity, etc.) After that call, you’re sent a behavioral assessment, and from there, you’re brought into the office for an in person interview, along with a tour of the office. The in person is a little different from most other big financial firms, a lot less scripted STAR questions, and more about getting to know you, why you’re in the industry, what gets you out of bed in the morning, etc. It’s pretty relaxed which is nice, but I was a bit thrown off going to an interview in a suit, and was being interviewed by 3 people in jeans and t-shirts since it’s a casual office
