Heard back from HR almost immediately after applying and went through several rounds of interviews with team members. I received plenty of positive feedback from the team and was asked to complete a writing exam. Two weeks after the final round, HR notifies me that the team is wrapping up the interviewing process and that I would hear news within the next week. The deadline came and I never heard back. I reached out to the recruiter after seeing the job reposted on LinkedIn and ended up getting ghosted.
