After networking in the Chicago area, I was connected with a recruiter for an opening in HR. I received an email the day after my resume was sent in. I spoke with a recruiter on the phone the next day (Friday,) and came into the office to interview with 2 employees (hiring manager and team member) who I would be working with. After that, I met with one more team member 1:1. The next day I came back for round 2 to meet with 2 more members of senior leadership. The next day I had one more phone interview with a team member, and I was offered the job an hour later!
