I have applied for Ecosmob via LinkedIn. The process takes in two-stage technical interview followed by HR interview.
The technical interview has a mixed type of question easy as well as complex. An easy question would be like types of loops in PHP and this while complex like can you draw architecture of the Facebook database.

They conducted interview through Google Meet. and they start with basic php questions like what is php and it's advantages and drawbacks,type of arrays etc... and moved to mysql and asked about join queries.
