J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ecosia (Berlin) en août 2018
Entretien
The interview was for a role in Go and Python.
I was first sent a screening assignment to do in my choice of language (of those two). It was a very simple assignment but it let you show your programming style.
Afterwards two of their developers interviewed me a bit on the technologies I worked with and my developer history. They were super nice and seemed like very interesting people. They didn't ask me any language specific questions - just about things I'd listed in my profile.
Next step was a pair programming exercise. A different developer did this assignment with me. He was very helpful when I needed assistance and overall it was a fun interview.
At this point, they chose not to continue my process, but I think there was only 1 more instance (a chat with the CEO).
Overall it was a really good experience, I had fun, and I feel like I learned from it.
The interview was conducted entirely online since I'm pretty far away from Berlin.

Question 1
I wasn't asked any technical questions except for some general info about how some technologies I listed in my profile worked.

First was an email with a coding assignment to send back, which took about one hour.
Then there was a Skype call with two developers.
Lastly was an on-site half-day interview of pair programming.
