I am a EMT/Polymers Specialist/ SME-B&Im. Interviewer was not focused on my skills. he challenged unnecessary items. I possess a plastics processing SME certification in blow/injection. This guy was judging me on something else. They do not want any communication with me. They just pushed me aside. It took numerous messages to hear just"we are passing on you"WOW!! There's always a 1st time for everything. I was asked by numerous applicants to do a review.

Not many questions. They expected me to lead and fit what they seek. 2 other people I know had the same issues for the same position they are still hiring for 3 months now on several platforms. They also frown on if you reside more than 30mins from the worksite. Not good. Your commute is not their business. They admitted to this
