I was contacted via Linkedin by HR. There was an initial phone interview with the hiring manager, and then three rounds following with the senior leadership and eventually the CMO.

HR interview followed by separate interviews by the hiring manager and department head. The interview was conducted in a friendly manner. General questions were asked in related to background and previous job experiences.

Phone interview is a typical textbook interview that you will find on HR website / books. They ask you questions and don't even listen to answers. The HR person on a phone seems disinterested in you. I have finished answering full question about difficult campaign saying " and it was a great success at the end we got 3 new clients on board"...and HR goes " thats great, thank you, so what was the outcome of this campaign was it successful?"...l almost laughed. l don't know if l will get to the face to face interview after that.
