Interview sounded like AI from the start. The interviewer jumped straight into grilling me with questions and as a recruiter myself I try my best to facilitate a great candidate experience and build even a small bit of rapport. Not here though. The delay in the program they used to do the call was terrible and the sound quality was bad. Then she kind of hyped it up about the next steps and now a month later and never heard back anything, no denial, no next steps, nothing. As a recruiter who really values the interview experience, that was really bad all around. Yeah, wouldn’t recommend to anyone I know, wouldn’t recommend giving them the time or day. Crazy idea, be nice and maybe people would want to recommend your company even if they didn’t get moved on. Or even if it was subpar of an experience I wouldn’t take the time to write this and hopefully discourage the next person who could be a great value add.

Had an interview. The recruiter seemed to not really care from the start. I called and emailed 3 times each to follow up over the course of a month and never heard back. 6 weeks later the hiring manager reached out for a second interview after I had already accepted and started a new job.
