The interview process was very streamlined. I received an email to schedule a time for an interview. I got the typical questions, what do you know about Ecolab, what has you looking, etc., and then she got right into the role requirements. This role requires 100% travel, which it does state in the description, but I applied anyway assuming that meant traveling around the Nashville area daily, when it's actually packing a suitcase Sunday night or Monday morning, for the week, getting home on Friday. The interview ended when I said that wouldn't work for me personally. The recruiter was very kind and told me to text her if I end up applying to any other positions.
