Three different interviews, first with HR, second with Area Manager, third with your District Manager. The first is a general feeler, then they get into your history and background. The Area manager interview is one where you want to make a very good impression so your first impression with your bosses boss is a positive one.

A fairly easy interview process in terms of being flexible with timing and locations. There were four rounds. One call with the recruiting department that was a screening call essentially. Then two meetings with the direct supervisor, one in person and the other via Teams. Then finally a Teams call with the next level up management-wise. They were very communicative and clear about the next steps. They asked reasonable questions and they seem pretty fair with how they assess people.
