The interview process was very pleasant and laid back. There were the generic questions that normally come with the interview process. There were no technical questions that were asked. The process managers and plant manager were the main ones asking the questions.

Pretty bad. HR was not responsive and did not provide constructive feedback when asked respectfully. Pretty disappointing considering how they sold themselves in valuing people. Went through 2 rounds of interviews in total.

Entretien
Interview process was straightforward. First round interviews and second round interviews. The first round interview was with one manager. The second round interview was with two different managers. The interviewers were very nice.

They asked questions about my past experience. also they want to know my personalities and mostly questions related with this respect. They didnt ask any technical questions like thermodynamic or fluid.
