I did a virtual interview and then did a in person interview and received the job offer there. This was actually my third try for the job so I’m super excited to join the team

The interview process was friendly and on point with every subject covered. Jessica made me feel comfortable. We even talked about if there was an escalations how to diescalated by asking the customer was the issue if is a technical issue we can unplug and reboot equipment.
