The interview process was what was expected with my prior role at EchoStar. Multiple interviews were held and Watson and another assessments were completed (again). That is the only aspect of the interview process that I disliked and feel needs to be changed - I don't feel I should have had to take the assesment tests again since I was an internal hire that had already taken the assesments with my initial hiring at EchoStar.

Excellent Interview. Very knowledge and personable. The position seems overwhelming and was able to talk through the details with the interviewers. Had a tour of the buildings. Quite easy going.
